The Truth About Fat!
Since way back in the Seventies we have been lied to about fat. “Cut the fat” ‘Low-fat this and low-fat that” And if you have ever tried a “low-fat diet” you know that they don’t usually work out very well.
The truth all along has been that fat is not the problem at all in most cases. It’s the carbohydrates! And more to the point it is sugar, white bread, you know, the “simple carbs”.
